Applied Science Fitness provides online coaching, training programs, nutritional guidance, and related fitness resources via a mobile application and website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

All content provided is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program. By using our services, you acknowledge that you participate in any training or nutrition program at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Program Pricing, Subscriptions & Instalment Commitments

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

• Offer & Billing Mechanics: All program fees, billing frequencies, instalment options, and accepted currencies are clearly specified at the time of purchase on the respective product checkout page or agreement form. Applied Science Fitness reserves the right to adjust pricing, test promotional offers, or modify package structures for future enrollments at any time.

• Recurring Subscriptions: Flexible or open-ended subscriptions will automatically bill your designated payment method on a recurring cycle (e.g., monthly) as displayed at checkout until canceled by you in accordance with our cancellation policy.

• Fixed-Term Instalment Commitments: Any multi-payment or recurring plan with a specified term duration (including, but not limited to, 12-week or 6-month transformation programs) represents a binding financial agreement for the entire agreed term. Selecting an instalment option authorizes Applied Science Fitness to automatically charge your payment method for the full number of scheduled billing cycles.

• Early Termination Policy: Fixed-term instalment agreements cannot be canceled mid-term for change of mind. Early cancellation without further billing liability will only be evaluated and granted in extraordinary circumstances, such as a documented medical condition certified by a physician rendering participation impossible, or failure on our part to deliver promised core services.

6. Refunds & Non-Refundability

Due to the nature of digital coaching services and immediate resource allocation, all payments processed according to the terms displayed at checkout are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing or required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including training programs, videos, guides, and materials, are the property of ALSANA MANAGEMENT L.L.C-FZ. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALSANA MANAGEMENT L.L.C-FZ shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion.
