• Contact and account information: such as your name, email address, phone number and information provided when creating an account, completing a form, assessment or booking a consultation.
• Fitness and lifestyle information: such as your fitness goals, training experience, lifestyle and schedule, equipment access, injuries or physical limitations, relevant health information you voluntarily disclose, nutrition information and supplements.
• Progress information: information you choose to enter into the ASF app, including body weight, measurements and other progress information.
• Nutrition and activity information: information you choose to record through the ASF app, including food and nutrition logging, calorie and macronutrient information, activity, steps, water and habit tracking.
• Photos, videos and files: content you voluntarily upload or send through the ASF app or coach messaging, including exercise-form videos, progress photographs and other files.
• Communications: messages and other information you provide when communicating with ASF or your coach.
• Payment and subscription information: information relating to purchases, subscriptions, transaction status and billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. ASF does not directly store your full payment card details.
• Website and technical information: such as IP address, browser and device information, website interactions, pages visited, referral information and advertising or analytics data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use personal information to:

• Provide, personalize and manage ASF services, including training, nutrition support, coaching and the ASF app.
• Build and assign training programs and calorie or macronutrient targets based on the information you provide.
• Review progress and provide coaching support, form feedback and service-related communications.
• Process and administer payments, subscriptions and customer accounts.
• Process assessment, scorecard, onboarding and consultation information.
• Respond to enquiries, provide customer support and communicate important information about your service.
• Send marketing, educational content, offers and follow-up communications where permitted. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• Measure website and advertising performance, understand how people use our website and services, and improve our marketing and customer experience.
• Detect misuse, protect our systems and users, and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting and contractual obligations.

3. Progress Photos, Testimonials and Results

Progress photographs, videos, measurements and other information you provide for coaching or progress-tracking purposes are treated as client information.

ASF will not use your progress photos, transformation results, testimonial, name or other identifying client material for public marketing without separate permission from you.

Where you provide permission for marketing use, the agreed material may be used on ASF websites, landing pages, social media, advertising or other marketing channels in accordance with the permission provided.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

ASF uses third-party service providers to operate its business and deliver its services. Depending on how you interact with ASF, relevant information may be processed by providers including:

• Kahunas, which provides technology infrastructure supporting the Applied Science Fitness app.
• Stripe, for payment and subscription processing.
• ScoreApp, for interactive assessments and scorecards.
• Klaviyo, for email communications and marketing.
• Zapier, for workflow automation and transferring information between connected business systems.
• Calendly, for consultation and call scheduling.
• Meta, including Meta Pixel and Conversions API, for advertising measurement, attribution and optimization.
• Google, including Google Analytics, for website analytics and performance measurement.
• Microsoft Clarity, for understanding website usage and user interactions.
• Hosting, cloud infrastructure, communications and other technology providers reasonably required to operate our services.

These providers process information in accordance with their respective roles, services and privacy practices.

5. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Technologies

Our website and landing pages use cookies and similar technologies to operate, measure performance, understand visitor behavior and support advertising.

These technologies may include Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. They may collect information such as your device and browser information, pages viewed, interactions with our website, referral source and advertising-related information.

We use this information to understand how our website is being used, measure advertising effectiveness, improve our services and, where applicable, support advertising and retargeting.

ASF is operated from the United Arab Emirates and may provide services to customers internationally, including customers in the United States.

Some of our service providers operate internationally. Accordingly, personal information may be processed or stored outside your country of residence. Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate protections are applied to such processing and transfers.
